Small 1 bedroom apartment, kitchen and bathroom ideal for 2 people. 300 meters from the beach, 5 km to the center of Pinheira and close to many other beaches, such as the tip of the parrot and guard of the Embau . The property consists of a main house and 2 apartments in the back, all guests share the outdoor space that has a swimming pool, garden, and shower The cars are parked in front of the house. Pets are welcome, but you must include them in the reservation and follow the rules.

My place is near 2 beaches (one calmer and the other, bakery, pharmacy, market, ice cream parlor and restaurants) The cozy place and 2 minutes walk to get to one or the other beach. My place is ideal for couples (with 1 child). 10 km from Guarda do Embaú. Fishermen fish on the beach, where you can buy fresh fish. There are trails nearby, a lighted beach. THIS STUDIO APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE A BALCONY WITH BARBECUE GRILL! Each kit has its own parking space, not covered. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Quiet location, and independent of other guests. Located between Guarda do Embaú and the center of Pinheira, which has a comprehensive commercial area. We have air conditioning, a minibar, a stove, an electric kettle, among other utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided. At the foot of Serra do Vale da Utopia, offering hikes along stunning trails with views of forests, sea, beaches and natural pools.
