I spent a weekend with my son and it was wonderful! The place is simple, but it has everything you need! It was all super clean and fragrant. And Thiago solved everything we needed with agility and extreme education! It is very close to the beach of Pinheira and also gives Guarda do Embaú! Without a doubt, I will be more often! Hopefully soon!

I am writing to reinforce the positive reviews of the accommodation, because the first time they were essential for booking, and again, I felt well received, welcomed and safe. The accommodation is exactly as described and shown in the photos: impeccably clean, cozy and quiet. This is a great location for those going to UFSC to study, both by car and on foot (despite the slope to climb back, it is super close to the UFSC Events Center). Rangel was super attentive, fast, effective and cordial communication. My roommate and I were very well taken care of by Vinicius and Eliane. They promptly assisted us when we requested. Positive point = Location. Excellent mattress and pillow. Complimentary coffee maker and coffee powder. =)

It was an amazing stay! The house is great... everything was impeccable, clean and organized! The view is spectacular... we had beautiful days... with sunrise in front of the house! The Centrinho is next to the house... with everything you might need... Plínio and his wife are lovely people! Very kind, they gave great tips about the region! Amamos! and we'll definitely be back as soon as we can... 🤩

Our stay in Florianópolis was great! The view is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the full kitchen with a washing machine was very useful. The apartment is well located, beautiful and well lit. As I worked from home, having several spaces (2 tables, hammock, sofa, poufs) was a differential. Communication with Felipe was excellent, always quick and helpful. I recommend it!

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, a gym... Everything is of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

The stay was perfect. The place is very organized and tasteful, with every detail carefully thought out. The view is excellent, with the possibility of sitting in the sun on the balcony enjoying Lagoa Pequena. Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My stay at this property was just amazing! From arrival time to check out, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is exactly as shown in the photos — if not better! Extremely clean, well decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (it had everything from utensils to basic spices) and the shower is strong and with very hot water. Everything was very well taken care of and in perfect working order. The location is excellent — a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to markets, restaurants and public transportation. Ideal for both tourism and business trips. Host was impeccable! Very attentive, he quickly responded to all messages and even gave great local tips. Communication was easy and clear all the time.

Amazing place - clean and tidy with incredible views! Walking distance to Beira-mar Shopping and Beira-mar which was super convenient. Patio Milano literally downstairs has a wide variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Rodrigo was responsive and always ready to help. Checking in was super smooth too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It's a great place. It's a very well-appointed studio. It looked a little bigger in the photos but it serves 2 people very well! Marina treated us very well too. I recommend it.

Stayed for a month in Floripa. The place was clean, well-located — close to the beach and everything useful. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. On arrival, she left a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay. Would recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.
