- Welcome. Our residence is a family space, a typical beach house with 100 m², with large and varied spaces. It is located 200 meters from the sea. It has a social bathroom and a suite. The living room is spacious with a retractable sofa, TV with dozens of cable channels and family games. The kitchen is very complete for you to prepare everything you want. The outdoor area has an open space with a table, sink and barbecue. The garage is wide, the yard closed, in addition to an alarm and external camera.

The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.
