Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.
