Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Palermo

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

Best place we've ever had. Lots of space with garden and stylishly furnished with lots of loving details, we felt right at home. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, everything you could wish for was available - extra bath towels for a beach trip included. Matthias is a super-class host. The communication is unique. To find the way to the apartment, Matthias met us at the street corner. Matthias is super relaxed, his only goal is to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy the holidays. He gave us great tips. We were traveling by bike and took the ferry at 11 pm. Since the apartment was not occupied the next day, Matthias left it to us until the evening. Thank you, dear Matthias, for everything! You're a great host.

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

We had a lovely stay at Dorothée and Vito's. It has all the amenities you would need and very comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and friendly; made us feel at home. We loved the dogs, Kika and Gasto and Puma the cat! Would definitely recommend.

An absolute gem of an apartment! The love and care with which the property has been restored and furnished is evident from the minute you step through the door. There were some very special touches as well, from the board games, to the little album of Marta's own photography, as well as her personal welcome. Every detail made this the perfect place to spend the last few days of our Sicilian holiday. The apartment is in a super location for exploring the sights, sounds and tastes of this vibrant city. But even before you head out into the city make sure you take in the atmosphere from the apartment balconies. Book here if you can and enjoy every moment.

This was one of the best Airbnb apartment we have ever stayed in - very spacious, exceptionally clean and wonderfully decorated. The private roof terrace was a beautiful place to relax at the end of our days of adventure. We felt completely at home in this very warm and welcoming space. The location was perfect. We took the train from the airport to Palermo Centrale. Though the apartment is just a 13 minute walk from the station, Laura offered to meet us at the station. She explained everything about the apartment making for a very pleasant check in. From the apartment we were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to do. Laura and Florenza are exceptional hosts. Whenever we needed to contact them their response was immediate. They also offered excellent suggestions that made for a more perfect visit. There was nothing about our stay that was not wonderful. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again if our travel plans bring us back to Palermo.

The nicest Airbnb my family has stayed in. Spacious, clean, great location & the main balcony, wow! You can even open the shower window for a mountain view. :-) You won’t find friendlier more communicative hosts than Federico, Lucia & Viviana.

A cozy place in an area with an excellent location. You could walk to the most important tourist areas of Palermo (the port and the city center) on foot, without the need to take the car. By the way, there is plenty of parking space near the apartment. Marco is an excellent host who was always very attentive to our comfort, very nice and pleasant, he gave us tips on places to visit and well, the breakfast included in the family cafeteria was an excellent way to start the day. We would definitely come back!

Sabrina was a great host, she was always fast to respond to messages and was there to greet us when we checked in. The apartment was in a brilliant location, close to bars and restaurants. Although it seemed like a busy street from the outside it was really quiet inside and the roof terrace was lovely and peaceful with an amazing view. Inside was lovely, just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable and clean. We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you

Amazing location right in the heart of Palermo's historic center. Steps away from amazing restaurants, shops, anything you could possibly need! Being able to see the hustle and bustle from the terrace was great. Antonio and his son were so hospitable and had great local recommendations.

Agostino was so nice and responded quickly. He gave recommendations and checked in to see if I needed anything. His home was recently renovated and beautiful. Exactly like the photos. I hope to come back on a regular basis if his place is available. It was centrally located and in walking distance to anything I needed. Highly recommend.
