Soggiorno con divano angolo e zona pranzo per 8 pers. Due bagni con di wc bidet lavello e grande doccia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La camera nr 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio, la nr 2 ha due letti singoli trasformabili in letto matrimoniale più letto singolo , uno a castello e un armadio.

Vicinanze a supermercati,ristoranti,bar,mercatini serali,feste in piazza,imbarchi per le isole dell'arcipelago di La Maddalena.lucernario camera da letto, non dotata di spazi esterni,nessuno vieta di poter stendere nella vietta,gli abitanti della via amano sedersi fuori dalla porta di casa per scambiare due chiacchere nelle serate estive,troviamo tutto questo molto caratteristico! Vi aspettiamo! :)

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

L'appartamento stato progettato e ristrutturato nel 2024 in modo sobrio ed elegante, in modo che lo sfondo dell'isola della Maddalena e dell'Isola di Spargi potesse parlare da solo. Una fusione di legni nautici, tonalità mielate e pietra lattiginosa, sullo sfondo abbagliante della natura. Per la magica vista dal gigantesco divano o per la splendida piscina condominiale, tornerai anno dopo anno. Appartamento affacciato sulla spiaggia, appena ristrutturato. Ideale per famiglie. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.
