Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

The villa is on two floors connected by an external staircase, with arcaded areas with tables with sea view, and a veranda for windy days. Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.
