It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra sheets and towels provided, only on request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
