Matija was the perfect host , the apartment was just as described and in a very quiet and residential local area very close to the beach. Matija always answered any questions I had very quickly and was there to meet us when we arrived . He showed us a short cut to the beach . His parents live below the apartment and were so friendly, we felt very welcome and safe. I was would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely return . We had a wonderful stay in Zadar .

2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. Direct private access to the sea with deckchair. Beautiful view. Beautiful discovery. Toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

Had a very great stay! Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful garden, sea view from the balcony, private access to the water. Enica and her husband are very nice and helpful. You can get everywhere quickly by car. Great!

Nice apartment, not overlooked and clean. The rooms are large, beautiful bathroom. The private terrace, well shaded in the morning and at noon, allowed us to have a good time listening to the many birds. Well-equipped except for a clothes rack. Fortunately, we always have a clothesline in the car. Very nice small pebble beach less than a 10-min walk. Good location for visiting Zadar, Sibenik and the island of Vrgada with its golden sandy beach... Krésimir is very accommodating.

Extremely high quality, modern, apartment in the heart of the old town with fantastic views and loads of space on the balcony. We Had plenty of sunset dinners! The AC was a massive bonus and the massive TV with huge sofas was used by the kids. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would love to come back! The beaches are 5 minuets walk and the old town is just outside the front door. Biograd is a lovely place to relax and do day trips from. Thank you for having us Denis 🙏😊

This place was a 10/10. The apartment was beautiful and the view absolutely spectacular. We were about a 10 minute Uber to Garden Resort for Dimensions music festival which was great and very convenient. Sofija was so friendly and always responded back when we had questions. Definitely would book this place again. Private access to the beach was also so amazing! My friends and I loved this place :)

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

There were two of us for 7 days on the island of Zizanj. Reception was very nice by the agency Adriagata, the owner drove us with his boat to the island about 45-50 min takes the boat ride to the island, alone that was an experience. The island is very quiet and secluded you do not always have hot water but you can get there without it, you have everything for cooking. If you have an inflatable boat you can also just come to the neighboring island, you should take food with you if necessary you can clarify with the agency and they are very happy to help with you. We would come back and recommend the place, we had spent a very quiet and relaxing week, this is really for people who want to rest and don't need unnecessary things around you. Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful house. Just as shown in the pictures 👌

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

I'm traveling back very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav at Petra's was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thanks for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
