Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pakoštane

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear drawback: We were also not provided with a baby chair at multiple urgency requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be purchased. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful house. Just as shown in the pictures 👌

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Staying in this house was absolutely unique. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped – especially the kitchen, which lacked absolutely nothing, which was very important when staying with a larger group. A space designed with great attention to detail, and this beautiful view of the valley, which can be admired both from the terrace and comfortable deckchairs. The children were delighted – they spent most of their time in the pool or on the available trampoline. For adults, a great place to relax was the room with a jacuzzi and sauna – perfect for an evening rest. Outside, there is a lot of space for barbecuing and spending time together, and an additional attraction was a ping-pong table. The hosts were extremely warm and helpful – they took care of every aspect of our stay, making us feel really cared for. The house is in a convenient location – close to the sea, Zadar and Szybenik, which allowed for interesting trips. We recommend it with all my heart!

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

Super nice place to stay with lots of space and opportunities for activities. Sights are quickly accessible by car. There was everything you could ever need. Thanks for the great stay!

We've never been to this place before and fell in love right away! Beautiful little place, very familiar and harmonious! The hosts were super accommodating, always available and very helpful! We look forward to our next stay!🥰

Fantastic nice house that might even be better in real life. Very friendly and accommodating host who met us at the house and who also had the opportunity to be flexible around check-in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing to use, equally so lying at the jetty down by the ocean. There were also two SUPS that we used extensively. However, the house is located a little desolate, and is suitable for those who want a peaceful relaxation without civilization. The only thing we were missing was evening sun, but we already knew that before we booked that it was missing. Overall, we are super happy with both the house and the host!

My family of seven stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is lovely, very well-maintained, and just as described. It is not really walking distance to the old city, but there is a nice private parking space and the drive to town is short and parking near the town is affordable. Communication from the owner was proactive and instructions were clear. Our stay here was great, thank you!
