You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

The house is located in nature close to villa area overlooking Bråviken only 200m down to the beach and cliffs (Marby bad cape) Here you can take forest walks, swimming, fishing but also play golf at Bråviken golf club (5min drive). You also have Kolmården zoo 35km away.
