This cozy cottage is recently renovated. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings and with the sea just around the corner. 300 meters away there is a swimming jetty with ladder and about 500 meters there is a sandy beach. We have wood-fired hot tub. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna nearby. In the cabin there is a bedroom with a double bed( 2 single), living room with fireplace and lvp, kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine. A cottage with two beds. Electric car chargers can be borrowed. Here we hope you can create new memories.

At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

Lovely house near the sea

Perfect house for the smaller company who wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio. The plot where the house is located is in connection to a marina where a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat is located. Cliffs and beach baths close by. The house is in new condition and fully equipped. Oxelösund is an amazing archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transport links with highway all the way to oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Super cool cabin in an incredibly peaceful and beautiful location. We had a great five day stay, mostly pottering around while the kids (age 10,8 and 4) played in the garden. The cabin is perfect and has everything you need with the most amazing views. We saw deer every morning and were visited by a rabbit during the day. Communication was excellent and we felt welcomed and had no problems at all during the stay. We were all sad to leave and would love to come back again one day. Thank you!

Simply mega, we enjoyed it very much, such a nice, clean well-kept little cottage. And very nice people, we were even allowed to use the motorboat and the canoe from you! It was very nice days with you.
