This old cozy cottage will soon be newly renovated, with a little left to do outdoors. There is now a nice new kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fireplace. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. May 24 to June 30. A guest house with two beds. Electric vehicle charging station. A few hundred meters away is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cozy terrace with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2.

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guest house with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage accommodates up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely Jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and the hot tub, you can see over Sundsörsviken, Lake Mälaren. Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
