This old cozy cottage will soon be newly renovated, with a little left to do outdoors. There is now a nice new kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fireplace. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. May 24 to June 30. A guest house with two beds. Electric vehicle charging station. A few hundred meters away is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guest house with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage accommodates up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely Jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and the hot tub, you can see over Sundsörsviken, Lake Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. A child-friendly beach on the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walking paths directly from the farm.

Welcome to the country in the heart of southern Stockholm. High up among the treetops, you will find this fully equipped cabin to spend your stay in. The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with fantastic views of the lake. You'll get free exercise in the hefty staircase leading up. Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

Welcome to Mellangården. Just outside Nyköping (7 km) is the community of Bergshammar and in the beautiful church village is Mellangården with the church as the nearest neighbor. There are also two horse farms. Sörmlandsleden just around the corner. About 5 km from Skavsta Airport and about 1 km from Åby Golf Club.

Enjoy the Sörmland countryside only 15 minutes outside of Nyköping. Within walking distance there is nature and sea. Possibility to borrow bicycles to explore the surroundings.
