Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm in the farmyard in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation was renovated to a modern standard in 2013, preserving the atmosphere of an old-fashioned granny's house. Our farm is located in a quiet suburb of Kalajoki, 17 km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärki. In our yard, there are rabbits, chickens, cats, and a dog. A trampoline, a go-kart and a sandbox are also available for guests. There is a barbecue canopy in the yard with a gas grill. In the summer of 2026, a yard sauna will be available.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Small house for 4 people in the center of Hailuoto. In this high-quality log-panelled small house, you will spend both a comfortable holiday and remote working days. In the summer heat, you can cool the apartment with an air heat pump. The bedroom of the house (42 square meters) has a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed for two, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. The yard borders the forest. Indoor clean dogs are also welcome, please agree on the dog's arrival in advance with us.

The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu along the highway near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an extra charge. Free parking.

Hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi

The modern and cozy log villa Villa Joutsensalmi is located in Salmilampi, just a few minutes' drive from the versatile services of Ruka's center. Well-equipped Villa Joutsensalmi creates a great setting for an active holiday in all seasons in the unique nature of Kuusamo. In summer and autumn, hiking and mountain bike trails can be accessed from the nearby terrain. In winter and spring, the well-maintained ski trails and snowmobile trails around Ruka can be accessed from the cottage yard.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. For rent a small detached house in Rautio, Kalajoki! Accommodation includes linens and towels. Wood-fired sauna. The house is not new, but everything you need for a short stay can be found. Pets are welcome! NEW!🚲 It is possible to rent a Tunturi electric fatbike for the duration of your stay. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights.
