Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki river! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard you can get to the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging for a different fee - to be agreed!

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Small house for 4 people in the center of Hailuoto. In this high-quality log-panelled small house, you will spend both a comfortable holiday and remote working days. In the summer heat, you can cool the apartment with an air heat pump. The bedroom of the house (42 square meters) has a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed for two, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. The yard borders the forest. Indoor clean dogs are also welcome, please agree on the dog's arrival in advance with us.

Welcome to a vacation or telecommuting in a lovely, atmospheric couple's cabin in Syötte, Pytkynharju. The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for 30€/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts between 6 pm and 10 pm)

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
