Urlaub am Weserdeich in Bremen

Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Weserdeich in Bremen im Naturschutzgebiet Werderland. Aus allen Fenstern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne bzw. auf Deich und Schiffe. Große und kleine Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Unser Garten ist aufgrund seiner Größe (ca. 8000m2) jedoch nicht eingezäunt. Unser großes Bauernhaus ist 150 Jahre alt und wurde bzw. wird von uns behutsam und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Die Weser ist ca. 50 Meter entfernt.

Die separate Wohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Altbremer Hauses liegt 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von den Straßenbahnlinien 2, 3 und 10 (Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof liegen damit ca. 17 Minuten entfernt.) mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Fußläufig erreichbar: Shoppingcenter (Hansa-Carré), Restaurants, Weser, Weserwehr & Naturschutzgebiet. Da wir im Haus ebenfalls eine Wohnung bewohnen geben wir gerne jederzeit Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bremen.

Gesamte Etage in einem Bauernhaus im Grünen

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Zimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die neugierigen Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

in meiner kleinen ferienwohnung am rand von fischerhude ist jeder willkommem, ganz gleich woher und mit wem im gepäck. da es sich bei dieser unterkunft um einen großen raum handelt ist ein pärchen wohl am einfachsten unterzubringen, oder eine familie mit kind(ern).es gibt eine kleine küche, in der die grundnahrungsmittel vorhanden sind. für weitere wünsche hab ich immer ein offenes ohr.haustiere dürfen bitte nur auf anfrage mitgebracht werden.

Die Anfang 2020 fertiggestellte 60qm große Wohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock eines Holzhauses direkt an der Molkereistraße am Ortsausgang von Fischerhude. Der Hamburg-Bremen- Radweg führt am Haus vorbei und bis nach Bremen sind es nur 1o km Radweg durch das Naturschutzgebiet der Wümmeniederung. Fahrräder können im Dorf ausgeliehen werden und es gibt einen abschließbaren Schuppen zum Unterstellen.Das Badezimmert hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche.
