The building was completely renovated in 2019 and supplemented by a spacious bathroom. The "garden house" includes an approx. 40 sqm terrace with a wide view of the moor.

Otterndorf: This green seaside town has a lot to offer. From our house with two separate apartments, you can see the giant containers passing by, about 1km away along the dike. In an idyllic and very quiet location, the garden overlooks a horse meadow!

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
