This place has a million excellent reviews, and for good reason. Its clean, cozy, and very simple, and everything is as described. Excellent communication with Joel and he was very accommodating. If you need a cost effective, clean, somewhat private place to stay, this place is perfect.

Hard to tell you everything about this house! 3br/2ba, full house with all the amenities. An armoire full of games and puzzles which we really enjoyed. the draw: a screened in porch! Excellent place to converse as a family. They thoughtful included a rock shop 😋 which was a fun place to shop and makes it easy to find. Christie was right there if we needed anything. Finally, walk across the street to the little downtown for restaurants or drive over to Starving Rock State Park right by the Illinois River. We left planning our next trip. Thanks Christie!

My family came into town for my Neice’s graduation. This home is so beautiful and the view is absolutely breath taking! Definitely a change of pace from the city. Would highly recommend this booking.

The place was exactly what we were looking for, to get away and do some spring hiking. Vanessa was great with communication.

This was peaceful get away. Loved watching the birds, sitting on the front porch, grilling, playing games and chillin around the fire pit at night. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Everyone upstairs controlled their own heat/air so we got to regulate our own bedroom temperatures. The Farmhouse makes you feel like you are visiting family. Comfort away from home. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals instead of eating out. There were several nice hometown eateries near and did not take long to get to when we chose to go out to eat. Loved our stay at the Farmhouse. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We always stay at The Baldwin House when we visit family in Streator. We feel right at home and most everything is a short walk away. The park, Walgreens, a delicious bakery, coffee shops, fabulous restaurants, and unique shopping. I highly recommend Toni's Airbnb and the restaurants, Good Morning, Good Day and Gaetano's Vault. We sleep and eat well in Streator. 💛😊

Elaine’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. There was even treats and a new toy for Enzo! The only thing we didn’t like was the busy street. But that’s not her fault!

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed having a place close to our son's wedding venue that was clean and welcoming. My husband enjoyed seeing all the beautiful woodwork in the house, as well. Alissa was easy to work with and very responsive.

Communication was excellent! They were always responsive and wanted to make sure that all of our needs were met (which they were). I would definitely stay there again! Perfect location as a home base for some very cool things in the area to do. Coffee shop next-door was excellent and Court Street Pub was our “go to” after our days of adventure. Great food, great service, and the entertainment was awesome! So if you want a nice, clean, cozy and private space to come “home to”, this was definitely the place. We’ve been wanting to stay here for years but never had an occasion to since we have family in the area. Flats on Elm was the perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend! We will definitely be back 🥰🥳

The space was gorgeous! I loved everything about it! Kelly did an amazing job decorating the place. The restaurants and wineries and coffee shops and market on Mill nearby were fun to explore and walkable!

I enjoyed my stay at the Airbnb because everything was organized, clean and free of clutter. I enjoyed relaxing in the living room during the day because it was a comfortable space with the variety of tea in the cart. There was plenty of closet space, which was nice for organizing my clothes in, so I can readily find what I needed. So, overall it was a comfortable and inviting space.

The apartment was just perfect for my needs. It’s very clean, well stocked and the beds are super comfortable . Even though it’s at a business location, the unit is on the opposite side, with a nice private walkway. The weather was extremely cold during my stay but the apartment was cozy and warmed quickly with an easy to operate electric hvac system. Mark, the host, is very responsive and was great to communicate with. It was a pleasant and worry free stay!

Very clean and close to plenty of restaurants down town. I will gladly stay there again when I am in town for work. This was way better than staying at a hotel and the owners were very accommodating.

Fiancé and I were in town for work. Convenient location, good price, not to far from job site, and was easy to get to. Would stay again if in town.

What a great place to base our fun filled area activities! This condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. We love the rooftop terrace and the bedrooms were super comfortable. if you're staying in the Ottawa area, you must stay here and visit all the wonderful places that surround it. We would love to come back again!

A rating on everything. Landscaping needed updating and carpet stains up the staircase to our rental. Very responsive to needs!!

The loft was fantastic. It’s recently renovated, so it’s beautiful and it carries a lot of history. There are stairs to get up to the unit and within the unit itself. The location was great - a cute store beneath with ice cream, sandwiches, beer/wine, coffee. There are some restaurants, bars, breweries in the area and there’s great outdoor seating on the street. Less than 10 minute drive to the state parks. Highly recommend the area and the unit.
