Hard to tell you everything about this house! 3br/2ba, full house with all the amenities. An armoire full of games and puzzles which we really enjoyed. the draw: a screened in porch! Excellent place to converse as a family. They thoughtful included a rock shop 😋 which was a fun place to shop and makes it easy to find. Christie was right there if we needed anything. Finally, walk across the street to the little downtown for restaurants or drive over to Starving Rock State Park right by the Illinois River. We left planning our next trip. Thanks Christie!

Kathryn's place is wonderful!! It's located close to Starved Rock and Mathiessen State Park, is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, and the hot tub and downstairs living room are perfection. I highly recommend and we'll be back!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and we'll definitely be going back. Lots to do in the area, and the house has everything you need to stay close to home, as well. The place is spacious and the attention to detail is a nice touch. The hosts are super responsive, and the proximity to Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks make this a perfect getaway spot.

The space was gorgeous! I loved everything about it! Kelly did an amazing job decorating the place. The restaurants and wineries and coffee shops and market on Mill nearby were fun to explore and walkable!

I enjoyed my stay at the Airbnb because everything was organized, clean and free of clutter. I enjoyed relaxing in the living room during the day because it was a comfortable space with the variety of tea in the cart. There was plenty of closet space, which was nice for organizing my clothes in, so I can readily find what I needed. So, overall it was a comfortable and inviting space.

Visited for my husband's birthday, it was perfect. Visited Koi Sushi and Hibachi and the Riverfront Bar and Grill. Joe's place was absolutely wonderful and spacious!! Definitely recommend visiting! We will return!

Very clean and close to plenty of restaurants down town. I will gladly stay there again when I am in town for work. This was way better than staying at a hotel and the owners were very accommodating.

Very nice place. I’d love to come back and try another cottage or stay in the same site. Clear instructions/communications. Perfect location/distance from highway (came from Chicago). Really good food nearby. Quiet time and privacy - great for a peaceful getaway to recharge and reconnect. Clean and organized space.

Fiancé and I were in town for work. Convenient location, good price, not to far from job site, and was easy to get to. Would stay again if in town.

The apartment is confortable and well appointed. It’s located right in the heart of Utica close to restaurants and shops but also only 10 minutes from all the state parks for hiking.

What a great place to base our fun filled area activities! This condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. We love the rooftop terrace and the bedrooms were super comfortable. if you're staying in the Ottawa area, you must stay here and visit all the wonderful places that surround it. We would love to come back again!

Clearly the place to stay in Utica. Great host and accommodations. Looking forward to returning. One of the coolest places my wife and I have stayed at. Really great stay. Right above all the action. Would highly recommend.

A rating on everything. Landscaping needed updating and carpet stains up the staircase to our rental. Very responsive to needs!!

Thank you so much for the easy check in process and the wonderfully clean apartment. We had time for a short rest and walked the area. Unfortunately, we were called home after that and so didn’t get to fully relax into our stay, but it is a beautiful and comfortable space. Thank you, Jen
