I’m really recommend to the people it was really good place to stay the rooms and bathroom everything is clean and neat I love it

Ci siamo trovate molto bene. l'appartamento è in una zona di Roma non centrale ma ben servito dai mezzi, anche la domenica. Si trova abbastanza vicino allo stadio olimpico (35 Min di camminata) e ad una zona di movida romana. Ha un piccolo giardino privato, non troppo soleggiato. Noi siamo state a giugno e se arieggi bene la mattina quando è più fresco, la temperatura si mantiene abbastanza fresca per la sera e la notte. È stata una bella esperienza!

Siamo stati benissimo in questo bell'appartamentino romano dotato di tutto il necessario e con un bellissimo balcone ampio affacciato su un gradevole giardino condominiale. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, direi che è stato tutto perfetto! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Beautiful place to stay if you are looking to stay just outside of the city! It is a short metro ride away from all the main attractions and fairly easy to navigate. It was spotless and had everything we need, and a comfortable bed with great A/C which was much needed after a long day in the sun. Thanks Flavia!

Wir 4 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und lösungsführend. - Der angebotene Shuttle vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft jeden Euro wert am Anreisetag. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. - Es gibt einen Supermarkt welcher innerhalb 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. - Die ruhige Lage und der wahnsinnige Blick von der großen Dachterrasse waren gerade mit der beleuchteten Stadt zum Abend hin ein besonderes Erlebnis!! Wir alle 4 würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen wollen und jedem vom Herzen weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Bremen

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet agréable logement . Simonetta et Tonino nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons eu quelques bons conseils concernant le quartier et les visites à Rome. Ils ont été disponibles et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

The location is absolutely strategic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I loved being able to step out and find a charming café or a local market just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was inviting, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, while the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I even extended my stay! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect choice!

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Antonella ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. In der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist das schnelle Internet. Für Events zum Olympiastadion liegt die Wohnung gut.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Daniele is a great host. Stayed one night before heading to the Rome airport. He was super responsive, friendly, and flexible with our check-in time! He also recommended a great restaurant in the area to us.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

We had a lovely stay here while stopping off in Rome! Host was very helpful and happily allowed us to check in early so we could go and explore the city.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Идеальный вариант для тех, кто путешествует без машины. Также в квартире замечательное патио для отдыха после просмотра достопримечательностей.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.
