My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mike's place - It was perfectly cozy with an amazing hot tub and very usable kitchen. We had to reset the breakers one time and Craig was incredibly responsive in helping us. Checkin and checkout times were made flexible for us, which we greatly appreciated. Would love to come back soon!

We had an amazing time visiting Sacandaga Lake with our family for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was in such a great location and even though it rained most of the time, the views were still incredible. Brendon provides a binder full of great information about the house as well as things to do or see in the area. We loved hanging out on the deck and cooking food on the Blackstone grill. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large firepit table! There was lots of space for everyone to enjoy and not feel like we were on top of each other. They provide lots of refrigerator/freezer space so we could really enjoy just being there and making the most of our time together as a family. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. The host went above and beyond — always in touch, helpful, and kind. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

Really a beautiful, peaceful escape. Easy drive to so many adventures! Hot tub while listening to the creek... chef's kiss. Just be prepared for mosquitos, wow. But there was bug spray and citronella candles to help.

Three friends met at this beautiful carriage house with the feel of a French chalet! We stayed two nights with varied weather conditions. The house, grounds and location was perfect. Hot tub was used and so relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The host, Diane was very helpful and friendly. What host makes scones each morning and delivers them warm?! Visited the Ashokan Reservoir trail, Opus 40, and Woodstock. Recommend this home highly. You won’t be disappointed!

I booked Nidhi's place for one night for myself and a guest to attend a show at Bearsville. The placement of everything, inside and outside, created an intentional sense of comfort. My guest arrived after me - without a thought, we ended up at the kitchen table talking for hours before the show. Again, the placement of this conversation spot felt intentional, but only after we found ourselves engaged in it. The outdoor surroundings are utilized to not only accent, but to enhance the indoor setting. The whole experience felt private and safe, and allowed us to share a really precious window of time for reconnection and decompression. In addition to the appealing aesthetics (the chosen blue for that kitchen!), the bedding was a treat to come back to at the end of the night - so inviting and equally comforting to find yourself wrapped up in in the morning. Nidhi so kindly messaged me out of concern for the very high winds we were experiencing (prepared with a generator), but no issue.

Right in the heart of Woodstock, walkable to town. And on top of all that, my dogs were as comfortable as they could be away from home. Anne was responsive and kind, the smokeless fire pit was amazing, the bed was ultra comfortable. Air purifiers are abundant, place always felt clean. The balcony on the second floor overlooking the mountain was an added bonus. Wouldn’t have a complaint if I tried.

The Bellwood Cottage was comfortable and peaceful. The surroundings were beautiful and there was a large deck to sit out on and enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful sunsets. The pictures and listed amenities are what we found upon arrival. The property manager was very responsive. We had an enjoyable stay.

The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. Saugerties and Woodstock are within a short drive. Heidi arranged the space to be very inviting. It was also very clean. We were staying with our 18 year old, who slept in the loft and appreciated their own space. Plenty of towels, coffee, and games, and also a handwritten welcome letter with the wifi info, and chocolates. We would stay there again.

A wonderful home with lots of personal touches. Great for writing retreat, a base for hiking or to be in town itself. Looking forward to staying again.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage! It's modern and thoughtfully designed, but still feels cozy and inviting. It’s tucked away in a peaceful spot surrounded by trees, yet only a 3-minute drive from town. You feel totally removed and relaxed, but everything you need is right nearby. I worked remotely for part of the trip, and the setup was perfect. There’s a dedicated desk with a view of the mountains, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Natural light poured into the cottage through the skylights. It was spotless and comfortable. The bed and linens were top notch, water pressure was great and hot—little details that make a difference. The pool was a highlight. It’s heated, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and it felt totally private and calm. We ended up spending an entire day out there just soaking it in. The hosts were lovely. They were helpful when we needed them, but also gave us complete privacy. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

We've stayed at Jenna's home a few times. Each of our visits have beeen wonderful. Her home is pristine, extremely comfortable, and very well thought-out for easy use by guests. The kitchen is very well equipped. Things like thoughtful labels on light switches, quality linens, very comfortable mattresses, nice towels, a complete lack of clutter while still being thoughtfully decorated, always makes us feel very comfortable in this space. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We will gladly continue to return!

This home was the perfect getaway. In beautiful solitude, with nature/hikes, and great food/shops close by. The home was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. The aesthetic and access to the full house and its amenities was so appreciated. John was always available for recommendations and quick questions. I would love to come back!

Wonderful home with breathtaking views. It was very enjoyable to sit on the porch and see if we could find any wildlife roaming around. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. We even had fresh eggs and muffins left for us. We hope to visit this peaceful home again.

We were looking g for a place for our family of seven while our son did ASV for Cooperstown. This house was perfect to either All Star Village or Dreams Park. There were cute little amenities and the hosts went above and beyond for the little touches they had at the house. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Felt right at home. Air in each room was cold and had its own remote. Great outdoor space and use of games and fishing poles. I will recommending to all my baseball friends who are coming for the tournament.

Janice & Terry's cottage was a peaceful haven from all our activities in Utica. Clean, well thought out, comfortable beds and furniture, everything we needed. The waterfront was absolutely beautiful. The cottage and outdoor spaces were set up well to accommodate 4 adults easily. All instructions were easy and clear. Lots of great info on local amenities. We loved our stay here and would come back. Thank you for creating that "home away from home" feeling.

The best part was the tub with the beautiful forest views and deer roaming about. We used it quite a lot. It rained the previous days and the creek was in full force with a small waterfall. It felt like we were a million miles away from civilization but only less than 5 minutes from the Main Street of Woodstock. Strong Wi-Fi too so was I was able to work remotely.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The stream access was excellent. The house is only minutes to Phonecia making it very convenient for anything one might need. We felt that the description of the house matched the experience better than almost any other rental we have used from airbnb.

A cozy, comfortable cabin that was perfect for a group getaway (there were 6 of us). The house was remote, which made for a peaceful stay away from the hustle & bustle of any town/village, and the house was stocked with comfortable beds, linens & amenities. Would definitely go back and recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Saugerties and part of that was this place. We spent time on the terrace talking, eating, relaxing, looking at the green and the mountains. The lazyboys in front of the TV were super comfortable and relaxing. . It was close to the places we wanted to go to. If we come back we will stay here.
