Rest assured, we do not operate without permission. (The accommodations have been inspected by the health center and fire department. It is the second floor of a 3-story building built on a steel structure. It rarely freezes in the winter. Check-in time is 3 pm, but if you arrive in Otaru early, we can store your luggage. Please contact us in advance for the time period. We may not be able to accommodate you between 1 pm and 2 pm as we are busy preparing and cleaning the room, so you may need to wait a little.
