The exterior of the building, featuring a "persimmon color" and a "seven treasures" pattern, a traditional Japanese pattern, will be a new landmark in the atmosphere of the Nijo Market, which is full of downtown atmosphere. In addition, the 1st floor lounge is wrapped in the "Sapporo brick" familiar to the outer walls of the Hokkaido Government Building, and the space is designed to be "Japanese Sapporo," allowing you to enjoy the calm and unusual Hokkaido Sapporo.

"FAMILY TREE" is a small GUEST HOUSE which was newly built in 2020 and located near Nakajima Park. It may not be as convenient as hotels, but we want to give homely relaxing experience! It's 5 minutes walk from "Nakajima Koen Dori(中島公園通)" and "Gyokei Dori(行啓通)" tram (Shiden) station. We also run an English Cafe & School near Sapporo Station. So you are welcome to pop in :) It is close to Nakajima Park and is a small guest house "family tree" that opened in 2020! Please enjoy an at-home space that is different from the hotel ~ It is a 5-minute walk from the city tram "Nakajima Park Street" and "Shukedori Street".
