We built and designed it ourselves because we wanted to stay in a hot spring inn like this. I hope you can experience the unique calm living space and coziness of a Japanese house. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets nearby so you will need a car to get around. * We do not provide pick-up or drop-off services. The building is exclusively for guests on the right and the host's home office on the left, with an independent private design and soundproof walls inside.

This is an entire house with a private sauna. Located in a natural setting with views of Mt. Annupuri and Mt. Yotei. It faces National Route 5. Newly built in 2023, Kasashima construction building. The building is warm even in winter with high thermal insulation using Hokkaido wood. A laundry room was added in 2024. You can use the washer and dryer. In summer, you can enjoy a water bath, barbecue, and campfire. (Please bring charcoal and ingredients with you. There is a charge for firewood.) Only toilet trained children are allowed) Self Check-in, Self Check-out It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town. It is a place where you always need a car to go shopping or to restaurants. Within 20 minutes by car to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). Go outside and take a little walk around the neighborhood, and on sunny days you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance. ※ Niseko Town has introduced an accommodation tax. The accommodation fee is 200 yen per person per night.
