Located in the central area 2km from Sapporo Station, it is a large one-family built homestay with 3 floors, 280 square meters, a total of 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 14 people, suitable for families and groups. The first floor is a garage and storage room, the second floor is a 40 square meters living room with a 60-inch TV, 20 square meters kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom and one bedroom, and 5 bedrooms and one toilet on the third floor. The ground floor bedroom has a crib, families with children are welcome Convenient stores within 30 meters, big supermarkets within 200 meters, life is convenient. It should be noted that the first floor of the B&B is a parking lot that can park 2 regular 5-seater cars. Because the entrance is low, big cars like Alfa cannot enter. Guests driving big cars are advised to use the nearby paid parking lot, which costs up to 600 yen for 24 hours. For your safety and privacy, we only accept one group of guests per day. A small town located between Sapporo and Otaru, enclosed by mountains and the sea HZ HOUSE is located 20 minutes on foot from JR Zenibako station, along the scenic coast. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Next to the apartment is the Old Temiya Line, which is now a walking course. I have a hotel license from the director of the Otaru City Health Center. Rest assured, we do not operate without permission. (The accommodations have been inspected by the health center and fire department. It is the second floor of a 3-story building built on a steel structure. It rarely freezes in the winter. Sundays may be blocked, so please ask if you can stay. Please let me know if you'd like to stay for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. The location is not so good, so please refrain from booking if you are particular about location.

My apartment is 3 mins walk from SHIROISHI SUBWAY station exit 7. 4 stops from ODORI subway station (about 7 mins). This room has 3 bedrooms. 2 double beds for 4 persons, 2 futons (Japanese style mat) for 2 persons. The maximum capacity is 6 persons, but I think that 3-5 persons are suitable and comfortable. We have a work room. We welcome digital nomad workers.　There is a Supermarket (open 24 hours), some restaurants, a big local park nearby. Please come to my room with your family or friends!

As a base, you can make day trips to Niseko, Otaru, Lake Shikotsu, Furano, Asahikawa, and Upopoy. Susukino is just a short walk away, and you can fully enjoy the food.

The location was perfect. It is just a few stops from Odori Station and is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. There is a supermarket nearby, along with several local restaurants. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with dishes and basic utensils. If you are looking to experience authentic local Japanese life, I would highly recommend staying here. It feels more like a home than a hotel, and the experience is much more personal and special.

Spacious 3 Bedroom House Stunning Views

Our stay at Aki's house was great. The house was warm, clean, and spacious, and it was in a quiet area. While staying with a big family, we felt very comfortable because of the rooms and layout of the bathroom facilities. A highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the town and mountains. We could explore the surroundings easily. Our family loved the local sushi train restaurant with delicious meals and excellent service. The nearest supermarket was 5 minutes walk. Skiing slopes are just 35 minutes away. The bus stop is a 12-minute walk, where the bus can take you directly to the centre of Sapporo or the closest town of Otaru. Aki helped us with many things. She organised transfers and also recommended good places to eat. We are grateful to Aki for such excellent hospitality and prompt responses during our stay. Thank you very much for everything.

The unit/apartment is very safe. It was near the train station,supermarket,7/11. The space is clean and big. The toilet and shower area is clean. I feel home during my stay .Host is responsive everytime I have question.

I would like to stay again if I visit Sapporo again next time. The house is cleanly maintained, and it was nice to be able to communicate with the host immediately. Although it is a little far from the city center (Susukino, Odori) (30 minutes walk), there is a subway station not far away. The street is quiet, so it's good for a cozy rest, and it's well serviced so that you can do dishes and laundry. Thanks to you, I was able to stay in Sapporo happily.
