L-shaped house in wonderful leafy on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to ridck. In summertime there is a pool and winter time it offers two stoves, wood-fired sauna and wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with the living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedroom on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Intill bokskogen och milslånga skogsvägar utan biltrafik .6 km till Snogeholms strövområde och 2 km till Skåne leden. Insjöbadplats och båtuthyrning fiske 15 km . Ystads djurpark 6 km från stugan .20 km till Ystad och dess vita sandstränder. Ni har möjlighet att boka utespa /bastu på tomten mot en avgift ! Det finns en dansbana med tak samt ett naturrum belägen vid dammen att hyra , men måste meddelas innan , då vi har 2 stugor!

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, small pool for personal use and a larger shared swimming pool.
