The "Kleine Kate" is located with the thatched roof kate and the garden house on a property of about 10,000 square meters. Meadows, moorland, old trees, form the surrounding area. The floor area is about 50 sqm. The space is between 2.2m in the conservatory and 4.6m in the dining area high. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed is available on the ground floor. The house was fully renovated in 2019. It has a terrace measuring approx. 35 sqm.
