On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. The former farm offers about 120 m² of idyllic living space all to yourself. There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours. The bathroom is rustically furnished and has a beautiful wooden floor. They do not expect luxury in our house, but a cozy and loving atmosphere as in grandmother's times. Old but GOLD

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a rural area. Through an extensive hallway you reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen-living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can access the balcony to the east. The big bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

In a very quiet location, you can escape everyday life with us and still be at a superbly connected starting point to enjoy the Allgäu.

We have lovingly renovated our small mountain oasis and would be delighted to welcome you as a guest. Enjoy a unique mountain view, both from the bedroom and from the living room. Dogs are welcome and cost €25 per dog per stay. The tourist tax of €1.90 per day/person would have to be paid upon departure.
