In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. I have a typical Airbnb lodging, you will stay together with me in my house. Your private rooms and your bathroom are in the attic story of an old farmhouse. Breakfast is included. The village Issing is located in the beautiful area Lechrain, a 10 minute car drive away from Landsberg or the Ammersee. It is just an 1 hour drive to Munich or to the Alps. I have a very friendly dog.
