Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Wir betreiben seit Jahren erfolgreich unser Bed & Breakfast Apartment mit 2 Doppelzimmern, die sich ein gemeinsames Bad und das Frühstückszimmer teilen. Zum angegebenen Preis stellen wir Ihnen ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung, das zweite Zimmer ist verschlossen. Alternativ können Sie gegen Aufpreis auch beide Zimmer für jeweils eine Person oder für 3 - 4 Personen buchen. Die Mehrkosten in Höhe von 100 € können in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend summer, as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course also classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached between 10 and 20 minutes.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.
