In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Through an extensive hallway you reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen-living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can access the balcony to the east. The big bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
