Vacation rentals with a home theater in Osaka

Akari san : Our stay in your lovely home was wonderful in every way. We encounter a place with a lot of thought to the guest from cleanliness, brightness to tea and coffee . The location is close to the train station, restaurants and a wonderful supermarket with everything we needed and more.

Emi’s place is well kept, had most of the essential amenities and is in a peaceful neighbourhood that feels safe and convenient. The location is the highlight, it’s close to Dohtonbori by car but not in the middle of the action. Check in was easy and Emi was very accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

일본 여행을 처음왔는데, 매우 만족스러운 여행이 되었습니다. 숙소는 흠잡을 곳이 없을정도로 남자친구와 둘이 지내기에는 충분했고, 완벽한 것중에도 약~간 불편했던 점을 뽑자면 엘레베이터가 생각보다 많이 좁다..였지만 리뷰를 보고 이미 알고갔기 때문에 괜찮았습니다! 추가로 일정 도중에 어딜 긁힌건지 날카로운 것 때문에 다친걸 숙소에 와서야 확인했는데 응급키트도 있어서 다행히 적절히 처치할 수 있었습니다! 이런 점 하나하나에서 호스트분이 되게 세심하다고 느꼈습니당! 콘센트도 부족하거나 위치가 안좋으면 어쩌지 생각했지만 침대 머리 위에도 각 콘센트가 있어서 휴대폰 충전하는데에는 무리가 없었습니다! 다시 오사카 여행을 오게된다면 또 이용하고싶습니다~!!

1.房屋管理员先生热情有礼貌，会提前两天联系我们来确认入住情况，而且还会来车站接我们到房屋所在地去。 2.地理位置优越，距离机场快线非常近，步行五分钟内。周边地铁线路丰富，不论去哪里都有地铁可以从房屋门口直达，步行五分钟内有一家很大的堂吉柯德，还有很多小餐厅和便利店，距离通天塔10分钟的步行距离。 3.房间面积足够大，和描述的一样，厨房干净卫生，卫生间也同样干净，床垫很软很舒适。 丰富，

Great location Very clean

This place was really great! Super close to the train line and easy to get around. The place was clean, has lots of amenities, and was super comfortable to relax in after a long day of traveling around. Close to the Kaiyukan and Ferris Wheel was a huge plus for me and my kids. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again and will look to rent this spot next time I am in Osaka.

Great and walkable location, noisy due to its location within the shopping area, but nice place to stay.

The entrance was very small. I could not spotted it easily. There were 2 sets of buttons in the building and somehow I saw the one meant for other things (I don't know what) so ofc it didn't work. A flight of very narrow stairs, glad we got the 2nd floor. Place no problem, all well maintained. The area near dottonbori, but apparently a few blocks away was a red district. Owner communicated very well and instructions were clear

If this were a hotel, I would give it 6 stars! The host has thought of everything needed for her guests. The appliances are state of the art, the beds were very comfortable and the location so easy to access the train station. I have stayed in many air bnbs and this is one of the best! We had fun playing Mario kart, enjoyed the free sake and had a relaxing soak in the tub. There are curling irons, flat irons and hair dryers in each shower. It was very roomy for our family of 4 and could accommodate many more guests. I regret not having more time to stay longer to enjoy the home. If you’re staying in Osaka, book this place!

今回、大阪万博とUSJを回るため2日間の宿泊で延べ3日間利用させて頂きました。車での移動でしたが、万博とUSJ へのアクセスがとても良く夜遅くまで遊んで帰りに夕飯をスーパーで仕入れるといった流れで楽しく乗り切れました。部屋も念入りに掃除されている印象でとても良かったです。基本的な日用品も揃えて頂いているので安心でした。ただ、建物自体は年数が経っているためかハウスダスト等に過敏な方は厳しいのかもしれませんがそうでなければ問題は無いと思います。駐車場の前の通りが狭いですがアルファード等の大型(停めれないわけではない)でなければ大丈夫です。近隣も静かで眠れないという心配はありません。車での移動の方でしたらオススメだと思います。

This was an excellent home to stay in for our family of 5. Close to both stations which was very helpful! 7-11 was right around the corner, which was important for coffee and snacks. House was beautifully maintained and pristine! Very modern and larger for Japanese standard homes. Perfect for families! Hot shower with great water pressure! Comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

the cleaning lady needs to do a better job! the bathroom on the 2nd floor is smelly at the time when we checked in.

The house is exactly like the pictures with plenty of contents. If we did not have to travel around Osaka, we would've wanted to stay all day in the house, and we will still have the best time. The exceptional bar with jazz sound system was impressive, and the theme in each room offered unique experience every day during out stay. The host communicated well with us with unwavering hospitality. We greatly appreciate Aoki family for making our trip in Japan much flourishing.

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place had such a cozy and welcoming vibe. Our host (Ted) was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect too, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate. The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
