A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Käringön is a car-free island in Bohuslän and completely unique with its location in the far west. On the island, there's a nice grocery store, cozy Peterson's tavern, and a number of great restaurants. Here is also a fish shop with probably the best sea gorge you've tasted. But best of all, the salty baths are just around the corner and the sunsets. Any parking gated community
