Cozy, charming and well-kept cottage dating back to the 18th century - in the middle of picturesque Hälleviksstrand on Orust. The cottage is for max 6 people and is a stone's throw from the sea with its own boat dock and a short walk to nice swimming opportunities for both large and small. The cottage is well-equipped and there is an associated patio with barbecue grill. The community consists of a fishing village with older houses, boathouses and cozy alleys. Since the cottage is from the 18th century, the ceiling height is slightly lower, about 190 cm.

Charming 1930s villa in a protected private location with beach plot. The house is beautifully located at Rörbäckskilen with a patio right on the waterfront. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowboat, 4m * Kayak * 4 SUP boards Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Good fiber Internet connection. The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Fresh air and the sound of the ocean awaits you in this quaint cottage, which boasts a magnificent sea view on the west coast of Sweden. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten on two diffrent patios. There are two nice bathing spots for the morning swim. Island-life here is calm. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries, two golf courses, tennis courses, bike- and walking pathways in the vicinity. If you would like to go to Lysekil for the day there is a ferry departing from Fiskebäckskil.

The grocery store is staffed 4 days a week but can be shopped in via the ICA togo app, the fish shop is open after the season. Here you can relax without any musts, but also activities if you wish. You can play mini golf and boules. Children can play in the playground and play soccer. Hike on the cliffs or walk on the north side with all the nice old houses.

A few hundred meters south of Hälleviksstrand is the unique Sollidshamn in its own protected bay. You can’t live closer to the sea than this and it is no more than 20 steps from the living room to your own jetty, bathing steps and moorings. The house, which was built less than 10 years ago, is only an hour's drive north of Gothenburg, here is everything you need for a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing days. With parking 20 meters from the front door, it could not be easier.

Mitt i det gamla fiskeläget finner ni vår Lillstuga på ca 30 kvm, kök, matplats, vardagsrum, sovloft, badrum med dusch, egen uteplats med grill. Kring Hällevikstrand finns vackra promenad- och joggingstråk och der 5 min promenad till badplats med trampolin samt barnvänlig strand. Hotel Strana 15 minuters promenad erbjuder en utmärkt restaurang, pizzeria, bastubåt, Spa samt glassbar sommartid. Mitten Juni till och med Augusti hyr vi ut veckovis. Söndag till Söndag.

Our house has a stunning view and is right by the sea with its own dock. Welcome to borrow our kayak or the boat and go and discover the archipelago. This is a house for nature and sea lovers! Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Our house suit both families and couples.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with sea views and close to the beach (150 m) and forest. The cottage (30 m2) was built in 2020 and can accommodate 2 people. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities on Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city, about 15 minutes by car.
