There's a lovely nature park only 200 m from the house, with fantastic native plants and wildlife. No cars are allowed on the island, and you'll reach Gullholmen by a ferry boat from Tuvesvik. You share a lawn with house #64842, which may also be rented if you are a larger group of people vacationing together. A large and lovely villa in the middle of Käringön. Perfect for a conference or group meeting. There are 15 beds in the house divided into 7 rooms. Two toilets and two fully equipped kitchens. There are several rooms for socializing or smaller group work. The kitchen table upstairs can be extended so that more people can sit. The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.
