Household waste and compost are disposed of in two different bins in the yard. Shrimp shells are thrown into the reeds/water below the house on the property. Glass, metal, and cardboard are sorted and disposed of in the container at the swimming area. Note: You need to bring your own linens and towels.

The apartment is located in a residential area, with walking distance to a grocery store, a walk of about 10-15 minutes to Ellös harbor, and Sörkilen's swimming area. Here you have a good starting point with proximity to many nice excursion destinations such as Gullholmen, Käringön, Mollösund, Hälleviksstrand, Stocken, Flatön, Lyr, Grundsund, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. Sheets and towels are not included.
