Charming newly-renovated 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm in part of a house in Gamlestan, Norra Hamnen. Here you live within walking distance to swimming, restaurants and the beach promenade. Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the upper floor. During certain periods, hosts with children live downstairs (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Everyday sounds can sometimes be heard, but we are keen that your stay be quiet and pleasant.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.
