Firewood is available so that it is enough for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowboat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000

An older rowboat is available if you want to take a ride on the lake.

The place is great for those of you looking for a combination of stylish and contemporary accommodation. The house has five bedrooms with a total of twelve beds, four bathrooms and a full kitchen. It has a large dining room as well as two lounges with tiled stoves. Nearby are golf courses, hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area, paddling and swimming areas. Car is required to get to from the accommodation.

The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting.
