Das sorgfältig eingerichtete Haus kann bis zu 8 Gäste komfortabel beherbergen. Von diesem Ausgangspunkt hat man die Wahl zwischen Natur, Stadt, Kultur oder zahlreichen übers Jahr stattfindenden Festivitäten in der näheren Umgebung. Ein Penny Lebensmittel-Discounter befindet sich fußläufig (600 Meter) erreichbar. Ausflugsziele wie der Europa-Park, Vogtsbauernhöfe, Triberg, ... sind gut erreichbar.
