Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ortenau

We were on site with 8 people (6 adults + 2 children). The place is exactly as described in the photos. We were informed in good time and questions were answered quickly. We enjoyed it very much. We'll be back.

5 stars – A perfect stay! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. All the amenities provided made me feel right at home. The host was responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet close to great restaurants, shops. I especially appreciated the small touches, like the fresh coffee, extra towels, and fast Wi-Fi, which made a big difference. Whether you’re in town for a getaway, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, we talked a lot with them. The setting is superb: small pools of water where we can feed the carp, very well maintained. A perfect cottage where nothing was missing, very clean with a jacuzzi to relax and above all a very quiet environment. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you to our hosts who are so kind and concerned about our well-being.

This Airbnb home was pretty awesome. I am planning to go to Europa Park again, and I will book this Airbnb again. The house is huge with all the necessary things. Oh, the garden area in the background is super cool. Overall it's Awesome.

Very nice (and large!) House in the middle of nature. A large kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils and spices, etc. makes it feel like cooking at home. There is a second room with table tennis and many more games. It's also fun to just spend time in the AirBnB! All in all, a great place for vacation.

Eric's place is really highly recommended. The equipment is great, everything was available & corresponded exactly to the description. Also, everything was very clean. With a large group, it is really very convenient as there are many bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an additional separate toilet. The apartment is in a nice quiet area with a great bakery right around the corner. Communication and check-in were also completely hassle-free. We highly recommend this place and would come back at any time!

The accommodation was extremely quiet in a beautiful location with very good excursion opportunities. Very clean and very well equipped, also really nicely designed. Nice contact - a minor damage we had caused we were able to resolve quickly and easily after departure.

I really enjoyed the clear and precise instructions, the accommodation is cute, well decorated, functional, clean. We wanted a stopover on our trip from the Netherlands to Italy that was more than just a roadside motel, and we found exactly that. The location is stunning, with an easy and scenic drive through charming small towns. Nestled in a lush forest with fantastic hiking paths, the nearby watchtower offers breathtaking views, setting the perfect mood for our stay. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and just as described. Its old-school style enhances the forest cabin experience, complemented by modern appliances. Though it feels remote, we had no issues with water, electricity, heating, or internet. What truly set this stay apart was the warmth of the hosts. Karl, with his deep knowledge of the area, guided us through the best hiking trails, sharing local information along the way. Simona welcomed us like family and prepared a breakfast that felt like home-cooked, complete with homemade blueberry pie and Black Forest cake. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Due to the tourist tax, it is definitely worth using the public transport. (Stop right by the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all sorts of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the All Saints Waterfalls, for example, by car. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. Even a wood-burning stove for the cold days is available. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth a (or more) visit! For us, a very clear recommendation :)

We had a wonderful stay in a haven of peace and nature. The accommodation is very well-equipped, allows privacy despite the adjoining owners. Our hosts were charming and gave very good advice.

It was a wonderful break for us, we would have liked to have stayed longer. We found peace there, a very well furnished and large apartment. From Bräunlingen-Mistelbrunn you can quickly reach Schluchsee, Titisee Feldberg, but there were also many beautiful things nearby. We'll be back ❤️

The cozy log cabin with garden is located in a quiet, green environment. It is very clean, well equipped and pleasantly bright thanks to the large skylight. Wolfgang is a friendly and attentive host who proactively informs and responds very quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful long weekend in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by sheep when we ate in front of the hut. The cottage is very nice and very lovingly furnished. It is quiet and private amidst magnificent nature. The communication with Lucas was great. He responds very quickly and inquires proactively. All instructions are detailed and helpful. We would very much like to come back.

Last year, my husband and our eldest son liked it very much. This year, the little brother was allowed to enjoy the house with his dad. And thanks to the great weather, the two of them were able to enjoy the great outdoor pool. It was just wonderful.

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended

We spent a family vacation in Ölbronn. We were six adults and one toddler. We felt very comfortable, everything was available. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor area was our favorite place. For our daughter, everything her heart desired was there - from a crib, to a high chair, some books to her highlight - a swing. We took two excursions: to the monastery Maulbronn and to the nearby lake with a restaurant visit. That was also very nice. Karin was always easy to reach, responded quickly and very friendly and gave us many tips in advance :-) so thank you for an all-round successful vacation!
