From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. A spacious, completely renovated villa with open, social spaces suitable for large and small groups. On the ground floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with a nice kitchen island and a dining area for eight people (high chair available), as well as an adjoining TV room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. One flight of stairs up, there are three bedrooms with 2 x 90 cm beds in each room and a bathroom. Bathroom with toilet upstairs, separate toilet downstairs. Sheets and towels for a fee. Toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap for the first day. Close to beach, playground, mini golf, restaurants. Beautiful nature with several hiking trails along the sea with views of the sea, mountains and islands.

Here by the Moälven river, you will find this small but still spacious house. Four smaller bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a 90-cm bed. 3 of the bedrooms have 120-cm beds, and 1 of the rooms has a 90-cm bed. With proximity to the Höga Kusten trail and the Veckefjärden golf course, nature is nearby. Fishing in the Moälven is possible, and there is a swimming area within about 1.9 km. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the residence, and you can get to the city center in about 10 minutes. Proximity to the Domsjö factory area for those who work.
