Next to the patio, there is a charcoal grill available for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 couches and a TV. From the couches, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On a few occasions, the neighbor's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will inform you beforehand!

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you live on top of our garage, with its own entrance and views of Höglandssjön and the central parts of Örnsköldsvik. Between each guest, we check the cleaning and we want you as a guest to leave it in the same condition as you found it. Soap, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing accessories are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee of SEK 80 per person per stay.
