We had a wonderful time staying at Larry’s place. His home was beautiful and perfect for our large family! The home was filled with lots games and puzzles! The kitchen was large and perfect for hosting our son and daughter in laws dinner with family and friends who all came in to celebrate their college graduation with their Masters. Thank you again !

The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We have a golden retriever and this was our first opportunity to take her on vacation. It worked out great.

We throughly enjoyed David's home. It in a peaceful neighborhood with a great backyard! We used the kitchen alot during our stay and it had everything we needed! The laundry amenities were also very convenient with detergent and stain remover provided. David was very responsive and understanding! We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Nicole was, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with thoughtful touches thoughtfully placed throughout the home—each one clearly personalized with our family in mind. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a close friend’s house. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was spotless. Nicole’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

As 2 couples that were traveling together for a long weekend the home met every expectation. Wonderful common space including updated kitchen. So nice to have en-suite baths for both bedrooms. Clean, had everything we needed and we slept well! Very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. And a very responsive host! Thank you.

Tyler’s spot is amazing! So quiet and homey! My kids and dogs were in heaven in the backyard! Will definitely be back!

Allison and Dan’s place was perfect for our weekend in Louisville for the Kentucky Derby! It was within 10 min drive to everything. We manage vacation rentals ourselves and would highly recommend this place. Amazing hosts and was stocked with everything needed. It was even better than the photos!

The house was clean, very well maintained, and beautifully furnished. We had a minor issue with the fridge not being thoroughly cleaned, but Kitty responded quickly and took care of it right away. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. We had a great stay. The apartment was nicely furnished, mattresses were very comfortable, and Michael was great. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood a short walk to a handful of nice bars and restaurants. I will definitely see if i can stay here again on my next visit to Louisville.

Fantastic rental for our group of four guys. Parking was great as our suburban had no problem getting in and out of the covered assigned parking spot which was right next to the entrance of the courtyard where the rental is located. Rental was spacious and had everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms and large couch in living room for us to gather. Plenty of great bars and restaurants within a very short walk. Easy location for uber pick ups and maybe a five-ten minute ride to the areas we ventured out to. Our host Shannon was great as she was very quick to reply. All instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and current. Super neat venue loved the private balcony and the shared roof space.

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. What a lovely place! My family was so comfy in this big, beautiful home. Lots of places for family hangout time, but plenty of room to spread out as well. Jessica and Kir have thought of everything...this place has it all. Our favorite hangs...the front porch, the sun room, and the pool of course. The kitchen has everything you could need for preparing family meals and plenty of seating for dining. The hosts greeted us at their property and provided us with all the details about how everything worked. They were super responsive and very knowledgeable of the area. We loved our stay and hope to visit again.

From movie nights in the comfy living room to making meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, every moment felt special. The kids had room to play, and we loved enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with coffee and birdsong. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
