Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

This might be one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was so clean and comfortable, and it felt very clear that the owners give the house a lot of care and attention. The beds were super comfortable, everything was really clean, and there were a lot of little touches that really made the place stellar (I especially appreciated the fluffy bath towels and the chocolates in the bedrooms). Pam was kind and responsive, check out was SUPER easy and overall it felt like she really cared about making our stay great. 10/10 recommend.

Claudia was a great host! She assisted with questions and helped us clarify needs with our stay. The home is beautiful, relaxing, and in a great neighborhood. We would plan to stay here again when we return for exploring the history of the Jeffersonville/Louisville area. So much to explore.

Excellent stay. Looks just like the pictures. Clean! Comfortable! Convenient! The place was very clean, from linens to floors to toilets. The beds were so comfy, the towels were oversized and fluffy. Conveniently located near major highways so it was convenient to get anywhere in the city. The yard was well kept which was excellent for my pups. There are gaps between the fence and ground so be careful with small dogs or those prone to escaping. My corgis could definitely go under if they wanted but the yard was plenty big so they were happy. Kitchen had mugs, wine glasses, silverware etc. and appliances including keurig (with frother!), air fryer, and ice and water dispensers in the fridge. Host was excellent, responsive, and easy to contact. We needed more towels. He responded right away and got them to us quickly.

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. I had a great stay at this cozy little studio in Kentucky! The space was exactly as described—clean, minimal, and super comfortable. I really appreciated having a full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer, which made my stay even more convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and Shannon was incredibly responsive, kind, and gave clear, helpful instructions from the start. While the location isn’t the most ideal due to a visible homeless population, that’s completely outside the host’s control—and she gave a clear heads up as soon as I placed the booking, so I knew what to expect & in the end no one caused any issues. Same with the air unit—it’s a bit loud, but again, Shannon made that clear in advance. Despite being near a busy road, traffic noise wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, this was a great value and a peaceful, well-maintained space to relax in. I’d absolutely stay here again!

My Husband and I booked this home extremely last minute and were pleasantly surprised with both the flexibility of the host. As for the home, it was very well appointed and we felt very comfortable.

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

I absolutely loved the place! Such a cute little apartment. Nichole was immediately welcoming and lovely to work with. The check-in was easy and she was very communicative. I have no complaints! Parking was slightly difficult, but I would say it was easier than I expected from the listing. I rarely was able to get one of the places right outside but was always able to find one a short way away around the corner. The noise wasn't too bad at all aside from Saturday night when the bar nearby played some music with a bit of bass. Medium-strength earplugs worked great for me and I tend to have a hard time sleeping at the best of times. I will make a caveat that I usually go to sleep late. It may be worse if you try to go to sleep a bit earlier. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a bit muggy, but it was also incredibly humid outside and an older house so that was to be expected. This was my first time using Airbnb and I will definitely do it again based on this!

We ( 5 adults, a 9 yr. old and 2 dogs ) came for a family wedding and stayed 4 nights. Kara’s instructions made for an easy entry with a keypad. Her home was clean and comfortable beyond our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well for our varied needs. We also used the convenient washer and dryer provided for us. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Room darkening curtains for all the windows were nice. An abundance of extra sheets, pillows and blankets in all the closets. Bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels and shampoos, soaps etc. The backyard is fenced in with plenty of seating and a barbecue grill. The house is on a quiet street and there was always room to park our 2 cars in front of the house. Pleasant neighborhood for our many walks with a variety of restaurants a few short blocks away. Kara was a very friendly and responsive host. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. Mary

My husband and I stayed at Morgan’s place with our two kids - 22YO and 16YO for three nights. I honestly think this is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed. It was absolutely spotless, and was decorated very cute. The apartment is in a renovated church which was super cool and fun to explore. The NuLu neighborhood is within walking distance with tons of restaurants, shops, etc. We felt comfortable walking there but others may wish to take a fast (less than 5 min) Uber. Parking was free & prevalent. Thanks for the hospitality!
