This apartment is such a cool space. It's very thoughtfully decorated and arranged. And the Highlands was a perfect neighborhood for our group. I couldn't have asked for a better setting and homebase for our trip and couldn't recommend Lisa's apartment more. It really went beyond our expectations and Lisa went equally above and beyond as a welcoming host. We had an unforgettable time, and Lisa and her place were a big part of it. Thanks, Lisa!

I had a great stay! The host was very nice and responsive, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The place was clean and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the spacious bathroom — it added a nice touch of comfort. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was exactly as described, an amazing location, and lovely condo. I was able to park across the street and walk for the week. Museums, distilleries, and SUCH good dining! I recommend O'Shea's where the family will learn your name and give you a handshake to start your tab, Trolley de'Ville for a city tour and a walking stop at Churchill Downs. I only had time enough for the Frazier Museum, but pace yourself, the photography installation on the third floor is worth strolling slowly! I could go on and on, but I recommend this stay. The condo was cool and welcoming every time we rested from our day, quickly feeling like home. I miss it already and we have a list of things we'd like to go back and do. So much history in Louisville!

My kids and I drove to Louisville on a whim and had such a blast! We lucked out that Noah’s place was available on short notice because it is a gem! Toys kept the kids entertained. It was spacious, clean and hip! We walked all over Highlands neighborhood and it was a great hub for exploring other parts of the city. We felt safe walking. I regret we didn’t have enough time to explore the shops and bookstores in the area but we ate out a few times. Noah was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very quiet despite being above another apartment. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Louisville.

This is an awesome Airbnb! The Nulu area is amazing where this Airbnb is located at. A lot to do within walking distance. I recommend this Airbnb! The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I extended my stay by a few days because I was enjoying Louisville so much. I can’t wait to visit Louisville again and stay in this awesome Airbnb again. 💯💯💯

Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The Mashbill is a gem of a property and it was such a fabulous stay! It was exactly as described and the photos do NOT do this place justice. Matthew was a wonderful host and thought of all the touches that made my stay top notch. The decor is modern, stylish and spotless. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were so cool! Highly recommend - this place is hands down a 10 out of 10!

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is consistently great! Just what you need for a trip to Louisville. Bed is comfy. Plenty of space. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Sophia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the NULU area. Check out Nouvelle next door when you are sick of bourbon. 🍷

This place looks exactly like the photos! I got ready here on my wedding day and it was perfect for my small bridal party. Vanity in the half bath was perfect for whoever wanted to do their own hair/makeup and still kept the full bath open for others. Everything was clean and styled super cute. Hosts were wonderful! They live upstairs and were available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful place. So much to do within walking distance. Diane responded within 10 minutes for any questions I had. I would definitely return to this condo.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
