This is my husbands second time staying here and he loves it! The house has everything you need. He had a very peaceful stay. Felt right at home! The neighborhood is very quiet too. Highly recommend this home! The host was amazing! So quick to respond and help! They’re awesome!!

We loved staying at this house! It was decorated nicely and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The patio out back was great for family game nights! We walked to 80/20, which was a great restaurant close by. The house is in a great location, as we were also 6 minutes from the zoo, which my son loved! We would definitely stay at this place again!

Mary’s place was one of our favorites. Plenty of room and very clean. Mary had all the little extras that helped a lot. Coffee pods, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, etc. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed here for the Kentucky Derby and it was the absolute perfect spot. Close enough to Churchill Downs that we easily ubered there but far enough away to be nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house was GORGEOUS. The attention to detail-from the coffee maker options, hand blender, high quality shampoos and conditioners, nice hair dryer, Derby-esque wall decor, dimmable lighting, furniture, security of the door locks, etc. We absolutely loved it here. Picture perfect.

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

Fantastic rental for our group of four guys. Parking was great as our suburban had no problem getting in and out of the covered assigned parking spot which was right next to the entrance of the courtyard where the rental is located. Rental was spacious and had everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms and large couch in living room for us to gather. Plenty of great bars and restaurants within a very short walk. Easy location for uber pick ups and maybe a five-ten minute ride to the areas we ventured out to. Our host Shannon was great as she was very quick to reply. All instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Michael’s for the derby, it was a great location. He recommended places to go we went to bourbon Bristo and eggs over Frankfort which were fantastic. It was nice to be on 1st floor and close to parking. Place was clean and the electric fireplace was calming. There were places close by to shop. The place is pet friendly but we didn’t bring ours. Thanks
