Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Perfect for both the active or those who just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. 5 km from Pershyttan's mountain village, less than 10 km from the picturesque wooden town of Nora with good food, antique shops and a unique city environment. Nora Golf Club 15 minutes away.

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Welcome to Lillebo – the small wooden cabin from 1936 with well-preserved charm. This is the perfect cabin for those who want to experience the wooden town of Nora 24/7 and in every way. (2+2 Beds, 40 m2) Located with 1 minute walk from the city center. 10 minutes walk to swimming area. 10 minutes by car to Nora golf course. 30 minutes by bus/car to Örebro. Proximity to outdoor life with hiking trails and bike trails. Note: Read important info under “Other information.”

The gem of Norra Vätättern

On a ridge overlooking the beautiful archipelago of northern Vättern lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inclusions. Here, a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature, yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small town of Askersund. Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.

Täppan

Täppan is located on the Zentralhof in Rifall, quietly situated on the edge of the forest. There are currently no direct neighbors, and Strasse 233 is 1 km away. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Täppan is freshly renovated, sustainable and furnished with love. The old and the new come together. The old cottage captivates with its two-story veranda. It offers enough space for two people, and if necessary, four people can also feel comfortable.

Welcome to this summer idyll at Norasjön! Here you are close to lots of nice activities such as golf course, Nora city, cozy cafes, Bergslagsleden, swimming areas, etc. Or why not just hang out in the house and enjoy the garden, lake views, calm and quietness and with a 2-minute walk down to Norasjön and swimming areas. We can be flexible with check-in and check-out depending on other bookings, ask and we'll take it from there!

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Around 15 min walk to a beautiful lake Toften. Swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, mountainbike ride, ice skating in the winter. Fully equipped house with all year around standards that can accomodate 6 people. It is very quiet and peaceful place. Towels and bedsheets are included !
