Rural location. Older houses that were then built in the 50s have been used as a camp and course farm for larger and smaller groups. On the lower floor, there is a large gathering hall and a fully equipped large kitchen with capacity for 70-80 food guests. Accessible on the lower floor. In the upper floor there are 8 guest rooms. Most are double rooms with simpler standards but with a very high level of well-being factor. Toilets and shower areas are in the hallway.

The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Sandviks bath in Långsvan is located 10 min walking distance from Bråten. It's public swimming area. There is a nice sandy beach with floating docks , land for sunbathing. Dishes, toilets, and barbecue areas. Play area for children as well as benches around.
