Vacation rentals with a kayak in Örebro County

We had a great stay. The house is located at a beautiful lake. It's perfect for enjoying the swedish nature. Especially the sauna by the lake was our favorite. Odd was a great host, answering to any questions very fast.

We had a wonderful time in Rebecca and Eriks house in Åmmeberg. The house has a lovely interior (Rebecca and Erik put much effort in renovating this lovely house), it is very spacious, cosy and you find everything you need for your stay. It was perfect for our kids that they could easily go outside to the beautiful garden. The kids loved all games and books in the house - some warmer evenings we ate outside, you even have a fireplace and BBQ. The house is located near a street, but it didn’t effect and bother us at all! We used Rebecca and Eriks canoe and did some little mini trips in Åmmelången, just 3 minutes from the house, the kids loved it! We came to Åmmeberg by electric car and we could easily charge our car in Askersund or other cities, the infrastructure in Sweden is perfect. We loved swimming in the lakes (perfect for kids, good water temperature and shallow), especially the beach at Motala, and hiked in the Tiveden nationalpark, the nature there is breathtaking. Very nice place tucked away but close to everything!

The house is exactly as described and perfect for some time at the lake for relaxation and enjoyement of nature. The house is wonderfully designed, perfectly equipped and very clean. We spent time there in the summer as a family with 2 adults and 3 older children and enjoyed swimming, reading or going out on the 2 available SUPs or the kajak. Mirella and Eric were always very quick and helpful in responding to our questiosn and great hosts overall. Wer can only highly recommend their Vikersvik home.

One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in so far! We felt very comfortable and were delighted with the amenities in and around the house. We enjoyed boat ride, kayak, sup, .... The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which only worked for 3 days. Suitable for internet detox in this respect. However, the landlord confirmed to us that a better connection was planned. If someone is planning larger bike rides, we recommend to bring your own bikes. The house belonging to the house is sufficient for small trips to shop, etc. It was a beautiful experience with the house, the country, our hosts and especially our special neighbor Kenneth, who was a great help to us always and at all times in a special way. We were very touched! Conclusion: Anytime again!!!

The house is brand new, very complete and almost everything is solid and of good quality. The house is on a large plot and has a beautiful view on the lake. The house is situated along an unpaved but decent road along which several holiday homes are located. The plot is very large and felt completely private, but do not expect complete silence. We loved sitting outside enjoying the view, paddling with the rowing boat, the sups and the canoe and also the hot tub was great! We only left the plot for doing shoppings. Grythyttan, only 10 minutes drive from the house, is a friendly little village with a surprisingly well-stocked supermarket and a nice ice-cream shop. The only thing that was a bit in contrast with the high standard of the house was the somewhat rusty outdoor furniture. Birgitta is a very friendly and communicative host and due to the smart lock the check in was flexible. We had a great week in the house with our family and can fully recommend it to other guests.

What a beautiful place! If the sun is shining, there will always be a terrace to relax in the sunshine. The cabin has everything which is necessary and even the electricity worked suprisingly good. Andreas is a great host host, very kind, helpful and always fast in responding. Thank you very much for a great holiday experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Spiktorp! Pia Maria is the best Airbnb host you can imagine. The old cabin is luminous and cozy and has everything you need. The lake with its little peer is down the hill and we especially enjoyed to borrow the canoes and to rent the sauna by the lake. The place is very calm and you have an astonishing view from the old farm. On the farm there are two other cabins and you it takes 15 min by car to the next supermarket. Our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time. This is a beautiful home to spend your time and to enjoy the beautiful, idyllic surroundings. There was a little welcome gift waiting for us which is such a wonderful way to start our holidays. We brought our dog and there were some blankets and towels for use as well. This really feels like a home that you want to keep coming back to, and we surely will. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 nights in the little cabin and it was really nice! I didn't miss the fact that the cabin had no electricity. Due to the candles and the stove, it was really cozy in the evening and otherwise the cottage is very nicely decorated. The kitchen house is just a few steps away and is fully equipped with everything you need and also had electricity and hot water. A small path led to the sauna and the lake. We used the sauna twice and it is highly recommended. It's really incredibly beautiful there. If you are looking for peace and want to unwind, this is the place to be. I'm already missing it Elin was also super nice and showed us everything in peace and explained and was always easy to reach if we had questions. Thank you for this wonderful holiday :)

The cottage was spacious, clean and well lit. The kitchen well equipped We spent 4 nights at the cottage and the view was amazing from the cottage. The area was quiet and calm. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from all busy schedules. Having a car was really advantageous for us to get around.

An absolute gem hidden in a beautiful forest close to a gorgeous lake. We came here for the peace and silence and this place exceeded our expectations. There are plenty of beautiful hikes in the neighbourhood (see AllTrails) and the area itself is amazing as well. We also came here to find moose, and Unna was kind enough to send us a route to spot them. we spotted 3 moose because of her instructions which was absolutely amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here. Unfortunately we were only able to stay here 1 night but we could definitely recommend staying here longer!

We were a group of friends, both children and adults, celebrating a lovely Midsummer weekend in Agneta's cabin. The cottage is simple but here is everything you need. We had nice weather and mainly stayed outdoors on the property, which had seating in several directions and a private beach! The reality is better than the pictures - lovely views of the big lake, beach right next to the plot and nice surroundings in a quiet location. Felt very idyllic and midsummer compliant. Would love to come back!

We had a great week in Kopparberg. The property is beautifully situated on the lake. We really enjoyed looking at the lake all day, at any time of day and in any weather. We lacked nothing in the houses. The biggest highlight was the sauna hut directly on the lake with jetty and enough wood for heating and also for carving. Our children also felt very comfortable.

We had a good time at Soraya's cozy cabin. It had all the basic aminities but as some had stated it is a bit too small for 4 people ( two adults and two pensionists). But overall we had a good experience and loved the surroundings :) Thanks to Soraya and her mother 😁

Unfortunately, a beautiful and very relaxing holiday in Johanna's accommodation has ended. We felt very comfortable. Johanna has been a great host and very friendly, easily accessible and always available for questions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a super nice time here, really highly recommended. Carin is very friendly and helpful. Super nice and cozy cottage with lovely garden on a lake with no neighbors nearby. Enjoy the sauna and cool off in the lake, enjoy eating outside and hiking. We would definitely come back!
