My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

The house is privately located in relation to the residential house and to get there you go up a large number of steps. From the roof terrace, you have a view of Gothenburg's southern archipelago.

The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.

An apartment that is close to everything, a newly built grocery store and a large fitness chain in the building next door. Close to Ruddalen and its walking and sports center. Walking distance to the large shopping center Frölunda Torg. Laundry room and drying room are available if desired to wash during the stay.
