Located within walking distance to Näsetbadet and the Smithska cape you can enjoy the sun and swim in a few minutes. Gothenburg is a 30-45 minute bus ride away with bus stop 2 minutes from the property. The home includes a large plot of land, great for croquet or barbecue night, with patio. Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)
